She/Her (Why am I seeing this?)

Tansi [Hello]!

I am a Cree Métis therapist living and working in Winipīhk, on Treaty 1 Territory (Winnipeg, Manitoba). I walk alongside others guided by the values of connection, reciprocity, and relationality. I believe that healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, each other, the land, and spirit.

I’m a Registered Clinical Therapist (CPCA #4534) and Certified Indigenous Addictions Specialist (ICBOC #202307) with over 17 years of experience in the fields of mental health, addictions, and social services. My therapeutic approach blends Positive Psychology, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and culturally grounded care. I believe we all have the capacity to heal, grow, and create meaningful change when we are met with authenticity, compassion, and respect.

For those drawn to wholistic or spiritually rooted healing, I also offer support as a Universal Shamanic Practitioner, Advanced ThetaHealing® Practitioner, and Master Instructor of Integrated Energy Therapy®. Since 2013, I’ve been walking with people to reconnect with their full selves—mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

In addition to my practice and Clinical Director at SoulFull, I serve as Senior Manager of Indigenous Programs with the Crisis and Trauma Resource Institute. In this role, I collaborate with communities, organizations, and leadership teams to envision futures rooted in Two-Eyed Seeing—weaving together Indigenous and Western ways of knowing. I approach this work from a collectivist perspective, where we come together as equal learners and knowledge carriers, walking in a good way toward healing and balance.

At the heart of all I do is a deep love for community, culture, and connection. I would be honoured to walk with you on your path.

He/Him (Why am I seeing this?)

Building your authentic self is the beginning of a new chapter. If you’re feeling lost, anxious, or overwhelmed, know that these are valid and human experiences—part of the journey many of us walk. But you don’t have to walk it alone. With support, healing becomes not just possible, but transformative.

I offer individual therapy for adults and adolescents, somatic therapy, and consultation with youth and their families. My approach is rooted in compassion and guided by a belief that we all carry the wisdom we need within us—sometimes we just need a safe space to access it.

As a Métis therapist, I bring a culturally grounded lens to my work, informed by the values of connection, respect, and relationality. I hold close the teachings of my community, and I honour the strength that comes from walking between worlds—blending Indigenous and Western understandings of healing. Whether you're reconnecting with your identity, working through intergenerational impacts, or simply seeking someone who sees you in your wholeness, I offer a space where all parts of you are welcome

I'm grateful to be stepping into a new role as a therapist at SoulFull Therapy, and I'm currently accepting new clients. With a background in crisis intervention and mental health social work, I bring a grounded and relational approach to therapy. I blend evidence-based methods with body-centered (somatic) techniques, helping clients tap into both internal strength and external supports as they create a life aligned with who they truly are.

You might find I’m a good fit for you if…

  • You’re a nurse, social worker, teacher, or caregiver navigating the heavy weight of chronic anxiety.

  • You’re ready to stop putting yourself last and start honoring your own needs

  • You’ve tried mindfulness apps and sleep routines but still crave deeper peace and focus

  • You understand boundaries—but struggle to stand firmly in them or advocate for your needs

Fun Quirks:

When I’m not in session, you’ll find me on the ultimate frisbee field, immersed in Warhammer 40,000 lore, cooking up something delicious, or spending time with my wife and kids. I love philosophy, a passion for learning, and a mild caffeine obsession.

Dislikes? Country music, extreme heat, and when people confuse nerds with geeks. (There is a difference!)

I look forward to meeting you—wherever you are on your path.
