Therapeutic Process Group

-Coming Soon-

The effectiveness of group therapy is well-researched, especially related to addiction and recovery. The power of process groups lies in the unique opportunity to receive multiple perspectives, support, encouragement and feedback from other individuals in safe and confidential therapeutic environment. For some people, it can offer advantages that may not be available through 1:1 therapy alone. Offered in-person closed-group settings typically have up to 12 participants, who meet for 1.5 hours, twice a week for a predetermined amount of weeks.
